THIS IS SOLEY BASED ON THE DISCRETION OF THE HOST OF THE EVENT. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE THEY ARE AT VENUE 4.
YES! ALL EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL REQUIRE A SECURITY GUARD THAT WILL BE ON THE PREMISES FROM THE START TO THE FINISH OF THE EVENT AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE. VENUE 4 WILL ARRANGE FOR THE SECURITY GUARD. TWO SECURITY GUARDS WILL BE REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE OVER 100 GUESTS.
YES! THERE ARE SEVERAL HOTELS WITHIN A 5 MILE OR LESS RADIUS OF VENUE.
YES ! WE ALLOW YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN CATERING SERVICE (MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED), DJ, FLORIST AND PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHER. HOWEVER, WE DO HAVE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST IF YOU NEED A LITTLE HELP.
WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKING DOWN TABLES AND CHAIRS ONLY. ALL PROPERTY BROUGHT BY YOU, VENDORS OR GUESTS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE REMOVED AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR EVENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN VENUE 4…ALL OCCASIONS TO THE SAME STATE THAT IT WAS PROVIDED TO YOU. THIS MEANS REMOVING ALL DECORATIONS, PLACING ALL TRASH IN THE PROPER RECEPTACLES, SWEEPING , AND CLEANING AND REPLACING ANY BORROWED ITEMS. CLEANUP WILL BE CONCLUDED BY 10:30 P.M. HOWEVER, WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOPPING. EVENT CLEAN UP FEES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST .

YES! WE DO REQUIRE A $300 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT ON ALL RESERVATIONS, A PICTURE ID AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE .

YES! REHEARSALS ARE INCLUDED IN ALL FACILITY RENTALS. TIME AND DATES WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH VENUE 4 MANAGEMENT. REHEARSALS ARE ONLY OFFERED IN 1 HOUR SLOTS ; PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR WEDDING PARTY ARRIVE ON TIME AND ARE READY TO REHEARSE SO WE ARE ABLE TO HAVE YOUR FULL REHEARSAL IN THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT OF TIME. THIS HELPS ENSURE EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTHLY THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT!

NO! WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES, VAPING AND HOOKAH WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. DISREGARDING THIS POLICY WILL RESULT TO YOUR EVENT BEING ENDED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
NO ANIMALS (UNLESS APPROVED BY STAFF), BIRD SEEDS, RICE, PAPER LANTERNS, FIREWORKS, LOOSE CONFETTI OR LOOSE GLITTER. NO ITEMS MAY BE TAPED, TACKED, OR NAILED TO THE DOORS, WINDOWS, WALLS, OR FLOORS. ANY SPECIAL EFFECT EQUIPMENT WITH POTENTIAL FOR FIRE OR WATER DAMAGE ARE PROHIBITED IN ALL INDOOR SPACES.
50% OF VENUE RENTAL COST IS DUE AT BOOKING. REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. IF EVENT IS SCHEDULED LESS THAN 90 DAYS, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING.
ALL DATES ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE BASED ON VENUES AVAILABILITY FOR UP TO 1 CALENDAR YEAR.
DUE TO THIS FLEXIBILITY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
